Welcome to Myrravael. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Myrravael, including the desktop application, the website at myrravael.com, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by AURALIVE LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Myrravael is a desktop AI companion application that displays animated fantasy characters on your computer screen. Features include character animation, customization, character bonding/leveling progression, and ongoing content delivered through subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing.
You receive a license key (in the format MYRR-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for trials and ARL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for paid subscriptions) which is bound to a single computer upon first activation. Sharing your license key with others is prohibited.
We offer a free 3-day trial of the full Service, no credit card required. The trial begins when you activate your trial key in the desktop app and is locked to that computer. Each computer is eligible for one trial. Attempting to circumvent this limit (for example, by spoofing hardware identifiers) violates these Terms.
The paid Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription at $4.99 USD per month, billed automatically through Stripe. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice; price changes will not affect the current billing period.
By subscribing, you authorize AURALIVE LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. Stripe stores and processes your payment information; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
Refunds. All sales are final after the 3-day free trial period. Because every customer has the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service through the trial before subscribing, we do not offer routine refunds on subscription charges. Refunds may be issued at AURALIVE LLC's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, billing errors or extended service outages). Refund requests should be sent to support@myrravael.com.
If a discretionary refund is granted, your access to the Service may end immediately upon the refund, at our discretion.
You agree not to:
The Service, including all character art, animations, music, code, and visual design, is owned by AURALIVE LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your subscription or trial.
Your character progression data (levels, bond) is generated through your use of the Service and is associated with your account, but the underlying assets remain owned by AURALIVE LLC.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. License validation requires an active internet connection. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily suspend the Service.
If a sustained outage prevents you from using the Service for more than 7 consecutive days during a paid period, contact support@myrravael.com for a pro-rated credit.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURALIVE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURALIVE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. AURALIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including any prohibited use described in Section 6. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
